How long does it take to go live?

Package C (CS Intelligence) can be live in 1–2 weeks. Package B (Pipeline Accelerator) typically 2–3 weeks. Package A (full platform) 4–6 weeks depending on your CRM complexity and number of data sources. We don't rush builds — we'd rather take an extra week and deliver something that works than ship something that breaks in week three.
Will this work for our team size?

Undercut works best for teams where there is a meaningful research and enrichment workload — typically 5+ SDRs/consultants doing active outbound, or 10+ consultants in a recruitment context. Below that threshold, the ROI is harder to justify. We'll tell you this in the discovery call if it's the case.
What does the monthly retainer actually cover?

The retainer covers ongoing platform support, adjustments as your pipeline evolves, monitoring, and module iterations. We don't build and disappear. The intelligence layer we build for you will need refinement as your ICP evolves — the retainer is how we keep it current and performing.
Do you have case studies or references?

Undercut is a new agency, founded in 2026. We don't have years of case studies. What we have is deep technical capability, a precise methodology, and a commercial structure with a 30-day pilot option for firms that want to see the system in action before committing to a full build. We'd rather be honest about this than paper over it with borrowed credibility.
